Together we Bring hope

Qurban is not just a ritual; it is a profound act of obedience and love for Allah ï·». It connects us to the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and reminds us of the importance of trust and sacrifice in the face of hardship.

Narrated 'Aishah
The Prophet Muhammad ï·º said:

"A human does no action from the actions on the day of Nahr more beloved to Allah then spilling blood (of sacrificial animals). On the Day of Judgement, it will appear with its horns, and hair, and hooves, and indeed the blood will be accepted by Allah from where it is received before it even falls upon earth, so let your heart delight in it." [– Jami' at-Tirmidhi, 1493]

Why Qurban With Penny Appeal Australia?

  • Sacred Trust: We ensure every Qurban is performed according to Islamic guidelines, using healthy animals of appropriate age and weight, sacrificed after Eid prayers.
  • Fresh, Local, Timely: We work with local farmers to source animals, stimulate local economies, and ensure the meat is fresh—not frozen, delivered within the days of Eid.
  • Reaching the Most Vulnerable: Your Qurban brings relief to the most neglected corners of our Ummah—in conflict zones, refugee camps, and disaster-struck regions where meat is a luxury.
  • Palestine: Due to aid restrictions, fresh Qurban cannot be performed inside Gaza. Instead, we’re thinking smart—your Qurban is done in a nearby country, and the meat is transformed into nutritious ready-to-eat meal pouches. These are ideal for children, the elderly, and families without access to kitchens. With a long shelf life and easy-to-eat format, they are delivered through trusted partners (e.g., Qatar Charity, Jordan Hashemite Foundation) as soon as aid routes open.

Give More Than Meat. Give Hope.

This Eid, your Qurban can be someone’s only meal. Their only source of protein. Their only sign that they have not been forgotten. Through Penny Appeal Australia, your Qurban becomes more than a sacrifice—it becomes a beacon of hope.
