Donations

All donations made through our website are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • A donation was made in error (wrong amount or duplicate donation)
  • A technical or processing error occurred
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the donation date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Donor name
  • Donation date
  • Donation amount
  • Reason for the refund request

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Ongoing & Monthly Donations

You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or using the donor portal (if available). Payments already processed are not automatically refundable.
